IZZIII – Global Terms of Use & Privacy Notice
Last updated: 22 November 2025
1. About IZZIII
IZZIII is a technology platform that helps riders connect with independent professional drivers
for private transfers, especially to and from airports. We are not a taxi company, limo company,
or transport operator. All transport services are provided by independent third-party drivers.
For legal and administrative purposes, IZZIII is operated from the United Republic of Tanzania.
By using this website or any IZZIII service, you agree that, unless local mandatory law states otherwise,
these Terms are governed primarily by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
2. Definitions
- “IZZIII”, “we”, “us”, “our” – the IZZIII platform operator.
- “Platform” – our website, web apps, booking tools, driver dashboards and related services.
- “User” – any person or business using the Platform, including Riders and Drivers.
- “Rider” – a user who requests or books a trip.
- “Driver” – an independent contractor who accepts jobs via the Platform.
- “Region” – a jurisdiction where drivers operate (e.g. Australia, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, UAE).
3. Nature of the Service
IZZIII provides information, quoting tools and a dispatch-style job board for independent drivers.
We do not own or operate vehicles, and we do not employ drivers. When you accept a ride, your contract
for transport is between you and the driver, not with IZZIII.
We may show estimates, fixed fares or suggested prices. These are for convenience only and may include
tolls, GST/VAT or other taxes where indicated. Final pricing and the manner of payment is agreed between
Rider and Driver, subject to applicable local law.
4. User Eligibility
To use the Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country; and
- Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Drivers must additionally meet all local licence, registration, insurance, tax and airport access
requirements in the Region where they operate. IZZIII may request documentation, but primary responsibility
remains with the Driver.
5. Driver Terms (Independent Contractors)
By registering as a Driver you agree that:
- You are operating as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of IZZIII.
- You are solely responsible for complying with all licensing, registration and transport laws in your Region.
- You are responsible for holding and maintaining valid insurance, including vehicle insurance and any
public liability cover required in your Region. - You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST/VAT or income tax where applicable.
- You must not share your driver account or allow another person to drive under your profile.
- You must treat Riders respectfully and comply with applicable non-discrimination and safety laws.
5.1 Membership, Fees and Payments
IZZIII may offer free or paid membership for Drivers, depending on Region. Membership may be used to provide
access to the job board, marketing tools and other platform features.
Membership structure is configured per Region, for example:
- Australia: membership may be free during launch, with the option to activate paid membership later.
- Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda: membership may be free during launch, with the option to activate paid membership later and can be paid via local mobile money (for example, Vodacom M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Money) using a business shortcode.
- UAE: membership may be free or paid, using methods such as Square, Stripe, or bank transfer.
The current membership model for your Region will be communicated in the driver sign-up process and/or
in the driver dashboard. We may change membership fees or models with reasonable notice.
5.2 Self-Promotion and Marketing
IZZIII encourages Drivers to professionally promote the Platform to Riders (for example, offering IZZIII
for return airport bookings). Any promotional activity must comply with local advertising, transport
and airport rules. You must not misrepresent your relationship with IZZIII: you are an independent driver
using the Platform, not an employee or partner of IZZIII.
6. Rider Terms
By placing a booking request, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate pickup, destination and contact information.
- You understand that the transport contract is between you and the Driver.
- You will comply with any local mask, safety or airport rules in force at the time of travel.
- You will pay the Driver in the agreed manner (for example, cash, card, mobile money, or via a 3rd party app such as Uber/Bolt) when required.
IZZIII is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disputes between Riders and Drivers, but we may
assist with reasonable support if issues are reported through our contact channels.
7. Region-Specific Notices
7.1 Australia
Drivers operating in Australia must comply with all applicable state and federal laws covering ride-sourcing,
point-to-point transport, airport access and tax obligations. This may include, for example, complying with
Commercial Passenger Vehicle (CPV) registration and displaying required identifiers where applicable.
Where prices are presented as “GST inclusive”, Drivers are responsible for properly accounting for GST if
they are required to be registered. IZZIII does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any
Driver’s tax position.
7.2 Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda
Drivers in these Regions must comply with local transport, permit and licensing laws. Where mobile money
is used (for example, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Money) for membership or ride payments, those transfers
are primarily between Rider/Driver and the local payment provider. IZZIII is not a bank or payment institution.
7.3 United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Drivers operating in the UAE must comply with any specific rules for transport, ride-hailing and airport
pickups in the relevant emirate, including any permits or authorisations required. Where payment providers
such as Square or Stripe are used, Riders and Drivers must comply with those providers’ terms of service.
8. Platform Access, Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Platform available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Platform, and we may change these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may notify users via the website or email.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZZIII is not liable for:
- any personal injury, property damage or other harm arising from transport services provided by Drivers;
- any loss, delay, missed flight or missed connection resulting from traffic, road conditions, or other factors
outside our reasonable control; - indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Where local law does not allow certain exclusions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted
by that law.
10. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user (Rider or Driver) who:
- provides false or fraudulent information;
- engages in abusive, unsafe or illegal behaviour;
- attempts to hack, misuse or disrupt the Platform;
- seriously breaches these Terms.
11. Contact and Disputes
For general questions or to raise a concern, please contact us via the contact details provided on the website.
Unless local mandatory law provides otherwise, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the
Platform will be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any legal action will be brought
before the competent courts of Tanzania.
